The "Cover Build Method" is one of the representative construction methods of Yoshizawa Architectural Structural Design, made possible by precise structural calculations, allowing for "reconstruction while in operation." Machines and equipment within the factory that cannot be moved are left in their original state, and steel frames are assembled to cover the existing factory, with the roof and exterior walls installed first. After ensuring that rain and wind do not enter, the existing buildings within the new structure are gradually dismantled while the reconstruction proceeds.
